RGR Film Productions was founded by me, Robert Carr. I graduated from The University of Sunderland where I studied Business Computing. Then I completed my masters, in Media Production. This is where I discovered a real passion for the work I do, and it has provided the building blocks to create RGR Film Productions.
One of the main reasons I started RGR was to make films, with the long term goal to create a feature film. The corporate work RGR undertakes is integral to the business as it allows funds to be available for films to be invested in.
Each project I work on I seem to learn something new and I don’t think that will ever change. I like to find out what my clients wants, then formulate a plan that suits their needs.
I can add some creative input to the client’s idea if that is something the client is interested in. My work does have a certain style to it, but it is the style I love to shoot in.
Hard work is something that I am not afraid of. I want to learn more, and the only way I can do this, is by being hard working and proactive. I am grateful that I have been able to make my passion for film making into a successful business.
I have built up contacts which I am able to use in my production process to give the best possible service to my clients, as customer satisfaction is key to the aims of RGR.
‘We’d love to make that one film. The one that you tell your family about, the one that you grow up with, but don’t grow out of.’ Robert Carr – Director at RGR Film Productions.
